At Onelement Marble, we take pride in delivering premium quality marble and decorative tiles. Due to the nature of our products — which are heavy, fragile, and custom-dispatched — we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Confirmation

All customer orders placed through our website are confirmed via phone call before dispatch. During this call, we verify the order details, delivery address, and any special requirements. Only after your confirmation on the call will your order be processed and dispatched.

2. No Returns Policy

Due to the bulky, customized, and breakable nature of marble and tile products:

  • We do not accept any returns once an order is confirmed and dispatched.

  • Please ensure all measurements, styles, and finishes are double-checked before confirming the order during the phone call.

  • We recommend reaching out to us in case you have any doubts before placing the order.

3. No Refunds (Except by Contract)

We do not offer refunds under standard circumstances, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind after confirmation

  • Delivery refusal without valid reason

Refunds are only considered under specific, pre-agreed contractual terms, such as in B2B arrangements or special bulk orders where a formal contract outlines refund conditions.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

While we take every possible step to ensure your products are safely packaged and delivered:

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • Claims for damaged goods will only be considered if damage is clearly documented upon arrival and reported within the specified timeframe.

  • Our team will assess each case individually and advise on the next steps. Compensation, if any, will be determined solely at our discretion.
